Where do we ship?
We ship Australia wide.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes about 2 to 7 business days.
Please note that our couriers are independent operators and we don't have control over exact delivery times.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.
How much does delivery cost?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering FREE DELIVERY across Australia for orders over $70.
For any order under $70, shipping will incur a flat shipping rate of $10.
RETURNS
What items are eligible for return?
Products are eligible for return within 5 days from when the delivery has been delivered. Products must be returned in original condition and with original packaging. To return products please contact us at hello@k9katering.com
How much is the return shipping fee?
It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of an item’s return, unless we were at error.
